Let us introduce you to Adana kebap, Lamb Kofta – Persian meatballs using festive cranberries and spiced youghurt, a tasty Marroccan flavoured salad with chicken, bulgur and goat cheese, Ghorme sabzi (a traditional Iranian dish) and duck served with Persian steamed rice!
Chef Rezza is cooking with ingredients from IRAN….so you will be able to experience the authentic taste and flavours from Persian cuisine!
